- Open to currently enrolled high school students worldwide
- Participants may enter individually or in teams of up to 4
- All work must be original
- Existing ideas are allowed only if significantly improved for this competition
- AI tools may be used for brainstorming, design, or productivity, but core concept development must be participant-led
- No plagiarism, copied businesses, or fraudulent claims
- Submissions must be respectful and appropriate for all audiences
- Decisions of the judging panel are final
- Late submissions may not be accepted
- By submitting, participants grant VENTURA permission to showcase project summaries and winners publicly
